Our local farmers market had a booth selling sausage, skirt steak, chicken and other items from Wolfen's Sausage in Gustin, Ca. We purchased something almost every week from them, and couldn't pass up the chance to try ALL their sausage at their annul sausage tasting of over 60 varieties at $5 a person and kids eat free.
