Back Yard Part 1 done

Home Depot delivered pavers

I had the privilege of moving ALL these to the back so Josh could lay them. This first time I drove a trailer

Base rock tomper/vibrator thing Looks smooth and flatJosh's dad helped level and cut paversThe paver fun has begun Josh's mom made a lunch run with Lilie

So close Done! (on Mothers Day)

After Josh and I handling each and every paver at least twice you would think we knew how many were in here. Not a clue! I just know I can wait another 5 years before handling a paver. Josh's dad made this bench for me. It matches perfectly! Parts 2 & 3 are a works in progress

odd, but how we roll

This past week Lilie and I found a baby bird in the middle of the road on our way to dinner.

It's new name, Sushi. Ava still picking her own shoes LOVES her boots. Today was a snow boot day.
Not many people find birds in the street or let their daughters wear snow boot in 75 degree weather but we do.

For the record the animals we have found in the middle of a street include:

  • Red belly slider turtle

  • Iguana (3-4ft long)

  • Tarantula

  • baby Parakeet

This does not include wild life on the side of the road
