We headed to San Jose this past weekend for Josh's brother Tim's birthday celebration. Lilie had a good time playing with her cousin Hannah.

T.A.C. Car Wash

We (the Booster Club) had a car wash this weekend to raise money for the students of Tae Kwon Do Athletic Center (TAC). We made some money and had some fun. The weather was perfect, and I got a little red:(. We had six families help out. Some worked the street bringing cars in and others washed. The money goes to help pay for tournements, gear and warm-up suits.

Baby!!!

When I went to feed and water Twinkie and Snowball I was surprised to see Twinkie flying around until I looked in the nest...

She did toss one egg out of the nest, but it was a "bad egg" no baby just yoke. So two down two to go. Lilie was so excite when I called to tell her. She is spending the night with my mom:)

Farm Fresh!

One of the perks of where I work is farm fresh eggs! One of my wonderful birthday gifts this year was a dozen eggs, not many people can give and get eggs for a gift. And for those of you wondering, yes there is a difference in taste.

What is funny is while I am getting eggs Josh's Aunt Bonnie and Uncle Don are making the front page of the Roseville Press Tribune for selling eggs. Their article was on their farm and fresh eggs they sale. You can read the article and see the pictures here. They also have turkeys and are in the process of going organic. Aunt Bonnie is also the one who gave me the wonderful sweet potato recipe that has been passed on to many who thought they didn't even like sweet potatoes. It is really that good!

Easter dinner

While Josh and the pups napped, Lilie made biscuits with G-ma and Ava snacked. We had a great dinner!Lilie wrote a letter to the EB letting him know that the bag of cookies were for him.

Easter Prep

We got to spend so time with our family from San Diego on Saturday. Lilie was so excited to see her cousins. We colored six dozen eggs!

Even the puppies came along.
