Kale Chips

After this Must-Eat Greens article on Yahoo came up a few friends and I started talking. We covered, can we grow Kale and Watercress in Hollister and how do we cook it. I tried this recipe today, and it's really yummy. I used curly Kale and Costco's garlic olive oil with some kosher salt. We will see what the kids think later tonight.
