Every year the girls get to open one/two gifts from us. They are always pj's:) This started with my mom and me opening pj's on Christmas eve.
The girls tracked Santa on Norad, 
sprinkled reindeer food, (thanks Abercrombie family) 
and set up s'mores for Santa.
