Local Tree farm

My friend Debbie and her son Christian went with us to visit a local tree farm on the last day of school. We also decorated shortbread cookies. Check out all the photos here.

Ribs for all

We had ribs for dinne this week, yumm

Snow!!!!

On our way to school Tuesday morning we noticed the hills that surround Hollister (all four hill sides) were dusted (some very heavily) with the great cold white stuff. I was only able to get two hill sides photographed.

Then Ava took me for a drive.

It's up

The tree went up this weekend

It was a family effort, I brought it in and put it together. Josh fixed the section that wouldn't light up then he and Lilie decorated the tree while Ava and I stayed out of the way.

Timber Sutton

I have sad news to share, we had to have Timber put down today. With his health failing at a rapid passe, and his quality of life was getting worse by the day. We made the painful decision yesterday and Josh took him to a very wonderful caring vet today. He will be very missed by all of us.

Darth Maul birthday

Lilie and I attended a birthday party this weekend for a boy we meet in Tae Kwon Do. There was a very special guest, Darth Maul. He normally can be seen working in Disney World, but made an appearance in Hollister for his favorite Padawan Darryn. Lilie wasn't to sure in the beginning but came around. Dad stayed home with Ava:-)
