Bath time

We aren't big on baths in this house, showers yes, bath no. So when Ava had a real bath with bubbles for maybe the first time I had to take a couple photos:)

I was wondering why the step stool was being moved around. Ava has learned to use it for good so far not evil. Just wait I am sure the evil post will be soon.

Fall cleaning

Ava helped me clean out/replace the plastic ware. Who knew that it could hold food and double as a hat?

ahh butt rash

With the new love of yogurt covered raisins and molar teeth coming in Ava also got her first real bout of diaper rash. The best thing for a butt rash is air....

And Ava LOVES being diaperless. On the great side she told us she had to poop today and went to the bath room. Whoo hoo I am sure it will be another year before it happens again but it was one less poopy diaper to change today!

Chicken Fest.

Yesterday we went to the San Juan Bautista Chicken Festival. We stopped and had a chocolate chip cookie at the bakery. Chocolate makes everything more fun! (I think we saw about 5 chickens alive, now the ones being bbqed that is another story) Milk and cookies yummm

Good things in life

My favorite part of baking with the girls ( Lilie doing homework Ava getting into trouble pulling stuff out of the pantry) is watching them "clean up"

We made zucchini/blueberry bread with zucchini from our garden.

Puppy update

At 9 months Miko is 101lbs and Sumo is 110lbs. Ava has taken to "riding" them and crashing on their bed with them.

A berry of a different color.

At our local farmers market you can get mix and match berries. We tend to get black berries, red raspberries and whit/yellow raspberries. We get an extra type of berry, Ava berry.

New school bag

I made Lilie a new school bag. We have only had the fabric for a week or so.

Next is her lunch bag.
